Description: Ledger, account notebooks, contracts, warranty deeds, quitclaim deeds, and other business papers of Henry Hotchkiss and his brother Lucius Hotchkiss relating to their business investments and their lumber firm, H. & L. Hotchkiss, in New Haven. Henry served for over twenty years as president of the New Haven County Bank, was also president of the United States Pin Co. in Seymour, and the first president of the Union Trust Company. He was a member of the New Haven Colony Historical Society.
